I consider myself so very lucky to have found Tracy Colleran and believe she will remain an important presence in my life. Tracy is reliable, hardworking, and professional. Once a goal is agreed upon, and a plan is made; you will not believe how much is accomplished. Tracy will not only organize your home but before she begins, she takes the time to understand you, her client and has an uncanny way of making adjustments depending on any of your requests or limitations. I have PTST (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Tracy very quickly understood my strengths and weaknesses and made sure to adjust the plan accordingly. She is caring, yet not condescending. She works hard but does not pressure her client at all. The process of organizing my home contributed greatly to my recovery. I gained control over my life as we progressed. I will continue to call Tracy for “check up” appointments as needed.

I hired Tracy recently to help me unpack and organize about 53 boxes that I brought with me from my move to Naples from St. Louis. Half those boxes went to my condo/home and the others to my new office location…and then I had to leave for a week assignment in England! I knew I didn’t want to come home to the task of unpacking. Tracy was incredible. I left her after a short meeting with just a cursory vision of the office and the condo…and the keys to both places. When I returned, it was a joy to find the office unpacked and organized, with everything SENSIBILY stored in places that made it easy for me to jump right in and start my two businesses! And my kitchen was incredible…cabinets that had been helter skelter were now also sensibly organized with room to put the new items from St. Louis. It was such a pleasure to come home that night from England, jetlagged, and NOT see any boxes of my glass art in the living room or kitchen items on the counters. Tracy has incredible energy, great vision for what to do with spaces, and high focus when attacking an organizational project. Working with Tracy Colleran of Straighten Up gave me some insights into my office habits and filing methods. She provided me with some great ideas on how to sort and purge my paperwork and newspaper clippings to simplify and streamline my system for transporting numerous files back and forth between Naples and New England. I also appreciated her experience and initiative with QuickBooks, since there are many program functions that I was unaware of. I look forward to working with Tracy again.

It was a pleasure having you around the last few weeks to help organize my house. As I awoke this morning, and went to make coffee, I felt so energized by my neat and tidy home. My goal was to be able to walk through and park my Tahoe in the garage. With Tracy's help, the afternoon Florida downpours are no longer a big deal. I was THRILLED to be able to pull my vehicle right inside, unload the kids, and the groceries. Thank you so much for your dedication over the past few months to my project of creating a Memorial Book in honor of my father. I know it was something new for you and I so appreciate you jumping in without hesitation. I recognize that you kept me on track with my completion date goals. Because of your commitment, I was able to send the completed books out to family so that they received by the one year anniversary of my father's death. That was really important to me, but if left to me alone, I know it wouldn't have happened. Electronically organizing my father's photos and accolades could have been too overwhelming and emotional on my own. I kept postponing the project because, frankly, after a long day at work, I was just too tired to devote the energy the project needed. With your guidance as well as a "fresh set of eyes," the end result was beautiful not to mention that now, boxes and boxes of memories have been captured all in one place. The next time I have a project that seems too big to tackle, I won't hesitate to call.

Tracy is very professional with her approaches to organization. She gently guided me through piles and piles of books and papers to the point that I know where everything is! I do not miss anything that was thrown away or donated. There is a peacefulness to my art studio now. Although my art studio is a work in progress, I am no longer daunted by the enormity of the project...we went through so much now it is a pleasure to walk into the room.

Tracy consulted with me about my small office area and gave me ideas I hadn't thought of to optimize the space available. She sorted through piles of paperwork and filed everything. This is something I have dreaded in the past, letting it pile up so much that it was overwhelming, but now it's not so bad. Tracy helped me to set up a logical filing system that works for me and makes the task of filing so much easier. She also sorted through my storage closet and organized that. It was liberating to get rid of old unnecessary junk. I appreciate her most for motivating me to continue to organize on my own throughout my house, in all my closets and cabinets.
